Using only the best Alberta grown and floor-malted Hogarth Malt Pilsner and Vienna, hopped generously hot-side with layers upon layers of Czech Saaz, and fermented low and slow with W-34/70 this beer was designed for greatness. Crisp, light toast, and noble.
