We are busy preparing your deliciously crafted order!
In the meantime, this is what you need to know about ordering online:
Can I get my order delivered locally?
Local delivery is available anywhere within Calgary city limits.
What is the cost of local delivery?
- Just $10, anywhere in Calgary city limits.
- No minimum purchase required for delivery.
- Your delivery will be free if your purchase is over $150.00.
What do I need to know about home delivery?
- All orders submitted before 11am will be delivered same day between 2pm and 8pm.
- Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following day between 2pm and 8pm.

You must be home to receive delivery. It is illegal to leave orders on the doorstep.
- The person receiving the order must be 18 years or older and have valid government issued identification present at delivery.
- Failed delivery will be refunded minus a return delivery charge of $10 + GST and a restocking/payment processing fee of 5%.
- No delivery on Sunday's due to third party courier availability.
Can I pickup my order?
- In store pickup is available during business hours (see our retail hours here).
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to the shop.
- Please have your order number and a valid government issued identification with you, as our staff will need it to release your order.
Can I track my delivery?
- Yes! We have partnered with a third party courier service to ensure professional and speedy delivery. Once your order has left our shop, you will receive:
- Text message alerts & updates
- Real time live driver tracking
- Direct communication with drivers for any last-minute changes
What happens if I’m not home?
- You will receive a notification when the delivery driver is on their way with your order.
- If you miss your delivery and all attempts from our third party courier service, your order will be returned to our shop and your order will be refunded, minus a return delivery fee of $10 + GST and a restocking/payment processing fee of 5%.
- If you want to reschedule a second delivery, please email us asking to hold your order and another $10 + GST delivery fee and a return delivery fee will be charged, even on orders over $150.
How will you package my order?
- We will choose our standard Collective branded brown paper bags for most orders, or a Collective re-usable shopping bag, if you’ve purchased one before checkout.
- We may substitute, at our discretion, cardboard boxes or flats based on size and quantity of your order.
Shipping outside Calgary
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales that are shipped outside the Calgary area are final.
