Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is concern regarding your order, please send us an email immediately. This includes if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We want to make sure you receive the item you paid for, so please contact us within 24 hours from purchase date.
*All order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/payment processing fee.
Eligibility for replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged, please email us a photo with your concern along with your receipt or proof of purchase. If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased please don’t tip it down the drain, the product needs to be 3/4 full, so replace the cork/lid or wrap the can and contact us.
Shipping outside Calgary
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales that are shipped outside the Calgary area are final.
*Please note: minor dents, scratches, and dings are normal and are not considered damaged unless the product is leaking.
