They got together with their long-time friends at Longroof Brewing to bring you an insanely hop-saturated TDH Cold IPA. For them, collabs are all about experimentation, trying out new ideas, and learning from each other. For this beer they wanted a super light base and decided to dry out a new low SRM Pilsner malt from Rahr called To Thee! Pilsner blended with a healthy dose of flaked rice and chit malt. They fermented with their house lager yeast W-34/70 to bring a super neutral yeast profile. The star of the show here is without a doubt the hops! They layered a robust blend of Riwaka, Mosaic, Krush Cryo, & Riwaka Amplifire Oil to provide intense hop flavour and aroma. Expect bold notes of forest berries, tropical diesel, and dried citrus.
