A half century in the making! The goal was to have a strong malt backbone reminding you of the great IPAs of the past. They then used Simcoe at every stage of hopping to highlight all the amazing flavours it has to offer.
Simcoe does it all! Slight earthiness , field Berries, stone fruits and pine resin all balanced with a touch bitterness.
