La Fredda aka 'The Cold One' is the lightest addition to their core lineup of lagers. They used locally sourced pilsner malt from Field Five Farm in conjunction with flaked corn and rice to create a low alcohol and highly crushable all around lager. La Fredda has a touch of corn sweetness and a cracker-like malt character. Delicately hopped for balance and fermented ice cold baby, ice cold. Expect a crystal clear pour with a fluffy head of foam from the natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish. Make the wiser choice, choose La Fredda for the high life you and your buds deserve.
