Brewed with organic Alberta floor-malted barley from Hogarth Malt and hopped with a modern Czech hop (Sladek), this Czech-style amber lager is a variation of one of Human Robot's most popular beers. Polotmavy was double decoction mashed, fermented and conditioned according to Human Robot's cellar schedule, naturally carbonated, and unfined/unfiltered.
