A collaboration between Amager Bryghus in Denmark and Goose Island Beer Co. in Chicago.
In the glass, RyeKing is black as pitch with a light brown foam. RyeKing has a great robustness without ever being heavy, while the smoke never becomes overpowering, instead adding a little spice. The bitterness is dry and crisp and comes from both the roasted malts and the Northern Brewer hops.
