This blend of one, two, three and four year old mixed-fermentation barrels is a collision of two worlds: old world East Kent Goldings and new world Amarillo. These two wildly different hops meld delightfully to dry hop this beer. The result is juicy grapefruit, tropical starfruit, and marmalade hop character balanced by a full, round texture and medium-high acidity.
