This New Zealand Style Pilsner is a compelling mix of Czech malts, German yeast and New Zealand grown hops. The malt backbone is continental pilsner, white wheat and DextraPils plus a touch of biscuit for complexity. The hops are Motueka and Riwaka, which provide aromas of citrus, white grape and tropical fruit. This is the fourteenth beer in our It's Not Magic, It's Science Series
