Along with the yeast, they utilized Saaz Hops with Pilsner, Rye and Spelt malts to deliver a beautiful light straw beer with aromas of pear, white pepper, stone fruit and funky farmhouse notes. The flavour brings notes of fresh leather and cherries that are backed up with malty spice and balanced acidity.
