This mind-melding COLD IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked rice before being fermented on Lager yeast to keep it light and crispy. For kettle hops, we went with Belma, Mosaic and El Dorado and for the dry hop we tossed in more Belma and Mosaic along with Cascade and Simcoe.
