A tart German style wheat beer fermented with their house culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. It pours a bright yellow with a soft, mousse liike head. Aromas of citrus and white pepper lead to flavours of lemon and spice with a subtle brett funk. The finish is a lovely balance of savoury spice and bright acidity, with a medium body.
