This is a light saison-style beer that is hopped with Amarillo & Simcoe. Then during fermentation with saison yeast, they added apricot purée giving this beer a big burst of Apricot flavour, stonefruit, and citrus. An excellent low-alcohol beer packed with flavor and a light body that goes down easy!
