2023 Naked, avec roller skates.
Clare Valley. 65% Shiraz, potentially 35% Mataro, nobody knows, great vineyards, though we can't tell you about them having been sworn to secrecy. Made from the grapes, fermented by the yeast aged in barrels for about 19 months.
Violets and charcuterie meats. The palate is dense with black fruits, a little quince and juniper spice.
- Pairs well with beef, lamb, game meats, and cured meats.
