Introducing Occultation - a blend of Stock Ales aged for a year in a variety of second-fill barrels from the Void Series. This is a special release from the Temporal Void Series, an exploration of strong barrel aged beers. This blend is half bourbon barrels, but there is also one of each of the following: orange bitters, rye, coconut rum, cherry brandy, and vanilla extract. Each of the barrels impacted the base stock ale to a varying degree, the most potent probably being the orange bitters barrel. The final blend has some wondrous complexity due to the variety of components.
