Noughty Non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay has been expertly dealcoholized to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle. Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple nose. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.
- Great alternative to wine for aperitif and party nibbles, as well as with all manner of cuisine for those who choose to balance their alcohol intake.
