TIME ESCAPING is a barley wine with chocolate, espresso, caramel candy, and almonds. The adjuncts really come through in a layered symphony of flavours. Espresso up front, followed by the chocolate then almond notes all supported by a caramel sweetness, but not a cloyingly so. It is a dangerously drinkable treat that hides its big boozy punch.
