In a first for The Establishment, they procured nearly 100kg of fresh hops for every step of the brew, and thanks to their friends at @WVH, the vast majority of those were picked the morning they were used! Expect the vibrancy of dank cannabis and zesty citrus, with notes of wildflowers and stone fruit, the final form coming through bright, clean, crisp, and dry. This beer is incredibly seasonal, and because it’s 100% fresh, only possible during harvest, so do not miss this loving homage to the humble hop!
