Their second iteration of Italian Pilsner, with a Pilsner Malt bill and fermentation dry hopped lightly with a hop called Saphir. Their Italian Pilsner has a light malt contribution with a slightly dryer finish, more bitterness, a more prominent hop flavour and aroma than our typical Pilsners.
