Grapes are harvested by hand and after a soft maceration and pressing. Alcohol and malolatic fermentation occurs with wild yeasts. Fresh and delicate, with balanced astringency. Plum, currant, raspberry and balsamic and dark fruit aromas are shown. No sulfites added, just contains the ones naturally developed by the grape. A wine to share and drink on any occasion, served slightly chilled.
- Pair with appetizers, tapas, white fish, smoked meat, paella, risottos, cheeses or just on its own.
