They make lots of IPAs and co-fermentation sours, so why not combine the best of both worlds and brew an amalgamation of both worlds!
Ultimately, they decided to use their unique co-fermentation souring process in tandem with an IPA hopping schedule using two of their favourite North American hops Citra and Krush. The result is something completely unlike anything they have ever brewed before, in a very delicious way. Expect notes of tart citrus, papaya, and galia.
