Barrel-Aged Beer with Beets & Strawberries. Experimental and playful on the palate, this sipper will convince you that vegetables do, in fact, belong in beer. Two base beers met 300 kg of hand-cut and blended beets to create a charmingly earthy foundation. They then blended in a small amount of their annual strawberry release, which plays an important yet subtle supporting role, providing balanced acidity and a hint of perceived sweetness.
