The Frappato Baglio di Pianetto is organically grown and has a pale and brilliant ruby red. The nose is fragrant, fresh and bursting, with interesting hints of red fruits, violet flowers, sage, raspberries and blackberries. On the palate it is very lively and fresh, particularly aromatic of red fruits and rosebuds, with a pleasant and persistent dry finish and a medium-structured finish, with delicate tannins.
- Pairs best with seared tuna, mushroom risotto or hard cheeses.
