Meet Frank - sourced from old vines in Paarl, South Africa, this aromatic Chenin Blanc is made using the free-run juice for fermentation, then left on the lees for two months before bottling. On the nose you’ll find an abundance of ripe pear, quince and spring blossom. The palate is light and fresh with a delicate mouthfeel, crisp citrus and apple flavours linger for a very smooth finish.
