She Doesn't Like Diamonds (2020) is 55% Sauvignon Blanc from Chelle Mountain Vineyard and 45% Chardonay from Bien Nacido Vineyard. Aged 10 months in 20% New French Oak. This wine exhibits aromas of lemon glaze, light honey and green apple skin. Tart but also warm. The palate broadens a bit offering baked apples and zesty lines of citrus. Only 7 cases came to Canada
