In this new vintage of Cloud, they chose a new terroir for their Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, always striving to preserve the identity and ancestral winemaking techniques while maintaining the "Clarete" style. It displays a brilliant ruby-red color. The nose is expressive, with notes of white pepper, green bell pepper, and jalapeño. On a second impression, aromas of plum, thyme, blackcurrant, bay leaf, and eucalyptus emerge. On the palate, it has a lively entry, with a rich texture and juicy tannins. It is a very drinkable and fluid wine, yet at the same time, it has structure and grip on the palate. The finish is long and very fruity.
- An ideal wine to accompany stuffed peppers, wild boar terrines, lamb or rabbit, and soft, aged cheeses.
