They introduced El Dorado and Citra hops to separate whirlpools at distinct temperatures, ensuring the beer captures the full spectrum of hop essence. A healthy dose of Vic Secret, Mosaic and El Dorado are added for dry-hopping, further enhancing the aromatic bouquet.
