They started with whole, organic dried corn, hit it with food-grade lime and let it sit overnight. It’s called nixtamalization, and it brings out the best flavours and aromas from the corn. Paired with caramel, Munich, and biscuit malts and some classic German hops, this amber-coloured lager is funky, fresh, and somehow classic.
