Ten years of Apex Brewing - and a beer that's been waiting almost that long to see the light of day.
Back in their second year, they launched the Villainous Series - tongue-in-cheek beers inspired by infamous characters. Their honorary anniversary beer that year was Drexl, from True Romance. But the original plan? A collaboration called Bania - a Seinfeld-inspired Imperial Stout that never happened when their collab partner didn't show.
The label art was made. The name was ready. And then it sad - for nearly a decade.
