Inspired by the shimmering blues of the Thau Lagoon and the bounty of its seafood, Fish & Thau captures a lifestyle – relaxed, stylish, and effortlessly sincere. This wine offers a captivating richness, unfolding layers of ripe stone fruit and tropical notes, gently laced with citrus zest and a touch of sea salt.
