A braggot gets its fermentables from honey as well as barley. It’s like if beer and mead got to know each other, spent some serious time together, and when the moment was right; made a baby. This particular baby was conceived back before “the sh*t had hit the fan”, by teaming up with their friend Nathan from Fallentimber Meadery. Brewed with honey from their family farm and fermented with a blend of wine and lager yeast, LGH is then aggressively dryhopped with Nelson Sauvin, Enigma, and friendship to give it delicious fruity white wine-like hop notes. The first batch was a hit and won them a Canadian Brewing Award, so you’re holding in your hand 2020’s 3rd best “experimental beer” in the whole country! Bronze is more their colour anyway...
