Their take on a classic Belgian Blonde ale, it has bright citrus esters and light honey-like malt aromas. A deep golden colour with medium grainy-sweet malt flavour, and a moderate alcohol warmth. Overall, quite balanced between malt and hops, with a subtle fruity-spicy Belgian yeast character, and light and dry in the finish.
