The second vintage of their cherry beer. They used hundreds of kilograms of sour cherries of unknown heritage, grown in the Okanagan by their friends at Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. This decadent fruit results in a beer with stunning, ruby red colour, ripe cherry, baking spice and marzipan flavours, and a tart, juicy acidity. We hope you like it!
This beer was bottled on June 4, 2025. It has been conditioning and cellaring ever since.
