Sojourn in Sicily is a Mixed fermentation blend featuring unique characteristics imparted by Sicilian Marsala barrels. The beer fermented in the Marsala barrels for 20 months before being blended, resulting in a robust beer with subtle red berry and rose water aromatics, savory walnut and maple flavours, which are amplified by a medium high acidity.
