Nutty and toasty, and rich in malt aroma - thanks to the use of Parkland Pale & Chocolate Malt from Red Shed Malting. Mild and balanced with just a hint of citrus and toffee. This brown ale was crafted using all Alberta Malt, grown and malted just outside of Calgary, by Red Shed Malting at their family farm and craft Malthouse.
