The grapes are harvested mechanically and very early in the morning to ensure a pale color. The winemaking process, using traditional methods, takes place in stainless steel tanks with a short period of skin contact maceration. Alcoholic fermentation is temperature-controlled for better precision, while malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the freshness of the wine's fruity aromas.
Flora is a fresh and delicate rosé wine with a bright, pale color. On the palate, it reveals subtle, fruity aromas, dominated by notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, and redcurrant. The lively acidity of this rosé makes it ideal for sharing with friends and family.
- Best enjoyed as an appetizer, with tapas (olives, grilled shrimp, hummus) and charcuterie. With a Margherita pizza.
