A modern IPA with Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopped solely with HBC 1019 experimental hop for a vibrant expression of it's unique character. Fermented with an extremely fruity thiolized yeast strain, this beer features notes of melon, peaches, and guava from the yeast hop synthesis.
