A deep dark red wine with a spectrum of ripe red dark fruits, with black pepper and sweet spice on the nose. Concentrated and well balanced. Expressive and spicy, complemented by a velvety, luscious mouthfeel.
- Pair with lamb, but pretty much any grilled or roast meat would work here. Smokey eggplant-based dishes like baba ghanoush work fabulously. Mediterranean herbs like mint, oregano or rosemary make perfect sense with this wine.
