A rich, full-bodied and opaque modern interpretation of a Hazy IPA using a combination of thiolized yeast and alternative hopping methods. Expect aromas of ripe mango and citrus fruit with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and low bitterness. Wheat and oats provide a fluffy base for this hop saturated IPA.
This batch was hopped with Citra Incognito in the kettle and dry-hopped with Citra, HBC 1019, and Sabro Lupomax. It was also conditioned on Citra Spectrum to even further layer and enhance enhance the juicy hop character.
