Collaboration with The Establishment Brewing. Made with 100% local malt from Field Five Farm and featuring Polish Lubelski hops which impart a distinct noble hop character boasting of rooibos tea, spice, orange marmalade and a touch of dankness. This beer is naturally carbonated and has a firm but balanced bitterness from a touch of caramel malt with a rich mouthfeel from the single decoction.
