An organic, vegan-friendly Chilean range built for value, made without synthetic inputs in the vineyard. Chile's coastal-influenced valleys suit Viognier well — Pacific breezes and cool nights temper the ripeness that can otherwise leave the variety flabby, holding its perfume intact. Unoaked and cool-fermented in stainless. Pale straw-gold. The nose is classically heady: ripe peach and apricot, honeysuckle and white blossom, with a lift of tangerine and a faint ginger note. Medium-bodied and softly textured, with just enough citrus acidity to keep the stone fruit fresh through a clean, floral finish.
