Embracing his inner mad scientist, Muskoka's idiosyncratic friend Mad Tom has taken to the test lab, experimenting with peculiar techniques to surprise his homebrew crew with a new IPA. Trials were conducted to unleash previously locked hop compounds called thiols, resulting in boosted tropical fruit and citrus flavours.
