El Diablo is an exciting twist on a traditional Gose, which tend to have a mellow sourness with a sea-salt and coriander finish. With their release they've added a blend of two styles of Lactobacillus bacteria as well as a hefty amount of jalapenos, Thai chiles, and limes. The spice and lime zest presence is a welcome addition to this beautifully balanced salty sour beer.
