They made a small tweak to this delicate pale lagered ale originates in the German city of Köln or Cologne - Kölsch using a generous amount of newer American "noble-type" hop variety, Adeena. The medium-low grainy maltiness is balanced with medium-low bitterness. Gentle floral and herbal notes with a hint of citrus from Adeena hop. Soft, clean, and moderately dry finish.
