Collaboration with XhAle Beer Co. We infused this sour with a tea of dried grape skins, hibiscus, elderberries and currants. Then we added a bunch of "berry forward" hops. The result is a complex and elegant tart beer, bursting with fruity berry notes. Best of all, a portion of the sales will be donated to Calgary Community Against Sexual Assault. The roots of the #AskForlt campaign go back to a lunch conversation over a year ago between Christina at XhAle, and Vanessa, Elyse, and Mark from Rebellion. The goal is to raise awareness about sexual consent in the hospitality and alcohol industries; to ensure a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all staff and patrons.
