Building on the largely untold history of rum running in Alberta, they make all of their rum from scratch in Calgary, using glacier fed water and Canadian processed molasses. This rum based old fashioned is crafted with their rum, house made Demerara simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and then smoked with their rum barrel staves. Serve chilled over ice with an orange twist or bourbon cherry.
