Di Moda is Italian for “trendy,” or “in style,” which is very true for this new-ish take on a Central European staple. Unlike other centuries-old versions of the style, Italian Pilsners are quite young (the first was brewed about 25 years ago). Like other Pilsners, they're crisp, balanced, and easy-drinking, but they've got a bit more personality thanks to a delicate 2-stage dry-hop late into fermentation. This take on the style is bready, floral, and slightly citrusy, with a soft, drying finish.
