Dandy's buddies at Burdock Brewing made the flight to lend a wing and some of their eastside magic. Black Bill is a daring twist on a classic pilsner. Deep in colour but crisp in spirit, this black pilsner blends the roasty, toasty character of dark malt with the clean, refreshing snap of a traditional pilsner lagering. Expect notes of light coffee, cocoa, and toasted grain, balanced by bright floral hops and a dry, refreshing finish. Brewed to ruffle those cosy feathers...quack if you're thirsty!
