"Announcing the amethyst, the legend, and our latest barrel-aged mixed culture beer! Purple and precious, this brew smells of blueberry syrup poured over piping hot pancakes finished with lemon zest. We took inspiration from its ingredients and our love of blueberry lemon tarts, so if you’re looking to satisfy your craving for baked goods with a brewed great, look no further.
To make its base we blended three barrels of mixed culture Saisons and one Lambic-inspired brew before fruiting the lot. We were really looking to achieve a delicate malt to hop flavour ratio so that our whole, juicy blueberries could shine like the stars they are. It might sound like a dangerous game, but we all came out winners.
It’s low in acidity and high in funk, visual appeal, and probability of becoming your next favourite. It’s a feast for the eyes and guaranteed to get the taste buds a tingling. How could you not fall under its spell? Venture into Amethyst Realm at your earliest convenience."
